The National PTA Reflections Art Competition is a program that encourages students to express themselves creatively and celebrates their original works. The program also aims to increase our community’s awareness on the importance of art education. This year’s theme is “I Belong”. Learn more on the theme here: https://ptaourchildren.org/explore-the-2025-2026-pta-reflections-theme-i-belong/ All students attending PTA schools sponsoring the program are invited to participate and submit original artwork in the following six categories:
- Dance Choreography
- Film Production
- Literature
- Music Composition
- Photography
- Visual Arts
Cherry Chase students can enter either the Primary (preK~ 2nd grade) or Intermediate (3rd~5th grade) division, For example, a 2nd grader can enter Visual Arts at Primary level. There is also a new Accessible Artist (all grades) division.

The last day to submit an entry is Oct 17th, 2025. One student can submit to multiple categories. Entry form and virtual submission link is here.
If your student participates in Visual Arts or/ and Photography, please hold on to the actual work as the judges may ask to see them and we may need to submit the actual artwork as he/ she advances through the competition.

Each year, students are invited to submit themes for the annual Reflections Art Program that will inspire young artists to create original works.
Submit your Theme search entries between August 18, 2025 and 5:00 pm, November 1, 2025 by visiting https://capta.org/programs-events/reflections/
