We’d like to put on a very small Fall Festival, but even small festivals need your help. We need more volunteers to make sure it happens.

Help Needed :Teacher and Staff Appreciation
Teacher Appreciation Breakfast – buy an assortment of tasty morning treats for our teachers and deliver them to school office by 8am on November 10. Seasonal decoration for faculty room optional. Full reimbursement by PTA for all items purchased. Great for parent friends to work on together.

FAME RETURNS
Volunteers needed to help prepare “Fine Arts Mini Experience” (aka FAME) lessons for Cherry Chase students. FAME introduces students to artists and composers, and offers hands-on exploratory art projects. FAME volunteers can’t go into classes, but we can prepare and send materials, including art supplies and pre-recorded information. Inviting Parent Volunteers for ABC Readers
Project Cornerstone is looking to return back to Cherry Chase Elementary and we are inviting parent volunteers to join our ABC Program both in lead roles and as classroom readers. We will be reading 7 books this school year and will plan to begin in October. Please sign up using https://forms.gle/
As soon as conditions allow, ABC volunteer readers will be considered specially “cleared” volunteers and will be allowed on campus to read in classrooms if they are vaccinated for COVID, wear a mask, complete the health screening on the day of the visit, and complete all of the district paperwork TB assessment or testing
Coaches for Girls On The Run -Spring 2022
Help empower the girls at Cherry Chase Elementary! We’re looking for Girls on the Run coaches for the Spring 2022 (March 14-May 22) season.
As a coach, you’ll lead a small team of girls from 3rd to 5th graders through social-emotional lessons on friendship, emotions, conflict-resolution, and community-building, all while training to complete a 5K at the end of the season.
You don’t need to be a runner/athlete nor have coaching experience. Coaches will receive discounted registration for their girl and a guaranteed spot on the team.
