  • Early Dismissal: TK/K have early dismissal till sept 27th. If you sign up your TK/K student for an enrichment class starting at 2:30pm, please arrange pick up for  your student at dismissal and drop off your TK/K student to the enrichment class at 2:30.
  • If your student is with Catalyst kids or Right at School from 11:35 onwards, pl ask your aftercare program to drop off the student to their enrichment class. (This is only happening till Sept 27th)
  • TK/K will transition from their classes to the enrichment class from sept 30th. All ASP instructors come to the classrooms for TK/K to pick them up for ASPs.
  • All Grade 1-5 students will need to transition by themselves to their enrichment class upon dismissal at 2:30pm. All ASP instructors will be present to facilitate check-in with the students. Please make sure you communicate with your students in a timely manner about their classes.
  • If your student goes to Catalyst kids / Right at school after dismissal, please make sure that their enrichment programs know that they need to be dropped to their aftercare upon completion of the class.
  • If your student attends Catalyst kids, please sign the catalyst permission form so that they can release them to attend after school classes. In case the form is not signed, CK will not release them for classes even if the student is enrolled.
  • All dismissal (prior to 4pm) will happen from the front gate near the office upon completion of the after school classes. The instructors will walk the kids to the front gate and release them to the guardian or escort them to Catalyst Aftercare on campus. You can of course come inside using the office entrance (if allowed) and pick up your student.
  • If your student’s class has a dismissal time later than 4pm then you can come to the classroom and collect your student from the instructor.
  • If a student was absent at school due to health concerns, then he/she is not able to attend the after school classes.

We encourage participation from all families, please do not hesitate to volunteer to be an ASP leader.

Even though these After School programs happen after the school  day, we still expect all students and adults to have Charger Pride. Any behavior to the contrary may result in being removed from the program without refund or recourse. Please make sure to talk  to your children about making good choices before signing up.

Safe – Any unsafe behavior by the participant will result in immediate  removal at the discretion of the teacher or program leaders.

Respectful – We expect children and adults to be respectful to teachers, volunteers, and other children. We all want the best experiences for our children.

Responsible – The participant is responsible for any equipment or materials necessary for the program. The program leaders will work to communicate dates and  program changes as much in advance as possible. It is the family’s responsibility to manage their calendar.

Please contact our AfterSchool Program VP Anu Agarwal at afterschoolprograms@cherrychasepta.org if you have any questions or you would like to volunteer.
