Your Cherry Chase PTA
The Cherry Chase Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is an active group that plays a significantly positive role in shaping your child’s experience at Cherry Chase. Working together as parents and teachers, we bring many exciting programs to our school, including in-class music and art, FAME, an extensive list of After School Programs, the garden (outdoor science classroom), and more. In addition, the PTA sponsors engaging family events, such as the Fall Festival, Diwali Festival, Family STEAM Night and International Night.
We hold two major fundraisers during the school year – Direct Appeal in the fall and the Walk-A-Thon & Auction in the spring.

Create an environment that is safe, supports all students and their individual needs equitably, encourages independent thinking and interests, and provides a variety of educational and personal growth programs for all students, teachers, and parents.

The PTA Organization
The Cherry Chase Parent Teacher Association is part of the Cupertino Fremont-Sunnyvale Council and is organized under the authority of the California State PTA. The National PTA is the largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation. The PTA organization provides parents and families with a powerful voice to speak on behalf of every child and the best tools to help their children be safe, healthy, and successful—in school and in life.
