Cherry Chase PTA is asking for your support for our Direct Appeal fundraising drive! We are a non-profit, all-volunteer organization running programs to enhance the education of every Cherry Chase student.

Your contributions support these great programs

• Hands-on science program

• Teacher funds to support teaching materials and student supplies

• Field trips, assemblies, and special in class programs

• School wide events such as Fall Festival, Diwali, Lunar New Year, & International Night

• Library funds for school and classroom libraries

• Technology material support such as teaching software

• SPARK art lessons, summer playdates, yearbook, 5th Grade Promotion Celebration, parent education, and more!

HOW TO CONTRIBUTE

The suggested amount is $160 for each child who attends Cherry Chase, but any amount is appreciated. Remember, your donation is spent at Cherry Chase and is 100% tax-deductible.

1. By PayPal, Venmo, or credit card: See form below.

2. By check: Write your student’s name and teacher in the memo and drop it in the office or mail it to Cherry Chase PTA. Attention: VP Development, 1138 Heatherstone Way, Sunnyvale, CA 94087.

3. Contribute through your donor advised fund or company portal using our FEIN, 94-6171785 or address (1138 Heatherstone Way, Sunnyvale 94087). The name usually listed in these databases is PTA California Congress of Parents Teachers & Students Inc. As long as the correct FEIN is used, the funds will reach us. Fill out this form by Dec 5 to get credit for the class participation competition.
