Please Join us on Friday, October 30, 2026,  2:30 to 4:30 pm

The Fall Festival is a well-loved tradition at Cherry Chase. It is not a fundraiser – just good old carnival fun brought to you by the Cherry Chase PTA! There will be games to play, prizes to win, crafts, music, face painting, photos, lots of food and baked goodies to eat up, and tons of pumpkins to choose!

Ticket Sales

Admission is free but tickets are used in place of cash for all activities: fun games, creative crafts, tasty food, delightful face painting, and more.
Buy your tickets at our online store                     12 tickets for $10.00
before the event and save! 25 tickets for $20.00
(purchase by Thu Oct 29 at 5pm) 50 tickets for $40.00

Pre-sale ticket pickup and in-person sales with cash/check will be available:

  • Mon Oct 26th – Thu Oct 29th, 8:00am – 8:30am at the blue tables outside the multi. No Friday morning tickets will be sold.

  • At the ticket booth on Friday from 2:15 – 4:30pm, $1 each ticket

  • Food items will be 1-3 tickets, games 1 ticket, crafts and facepainting 2-3 tickets, balloon artist 2-4 tickets

Volunteer 

This special tradition relies on our amazing community, so please consider volunteering for a short shift to help run a booth or game. Many shifts are only 45 minutes long, so you can enjoy the rest of the festival with your kids.

  3. Sign up! You do not need to create an account with the signup site.

Other ways to help

  • Donate individually wrapped homemade or purchased baked goods, individual bags of chips, water bottles, soda cans, or juice boxes to sell at the food court. If homemade, please note ingredients.

  • Lend your ice chests. Be sure to label with your name and pick up at the end of the event.

Use the <link TBD> to sign up and bring coolers, chips and drinks donations between Wednesday Oct 28th  after school and Friday morning, Oct 30th. Please bring freshly baked items on Friday morning of the event.

PARENTS – PLEASE NOTE:
All children must be accompanied by an adult and have a PTA waiver on file. <add link to liability waiver> for the online form.
